I've a presario F577AU notebook, its suppose to come with geforce go 6150, but under system check it shows 6100. Checked that the driver installed is 6100. Surprised? The battery usage is very bad, less than 2hrs for light surf only. Nvidia site states that the 6150 will have better battery usage as compare to 6100. Could it be driver issue causing high battery usage? Any experts out there who can help? Thanks in advance.

Hmm..a couple of other F57x series also reported the driver reporting the GPU as the Go 6100 instead of the Go 6150. I wouldnt be surprised if it were infact the Go 6100 considering it is a budget model. As for as the battery life, ~2hrs seems to be accurate if you are using the stock 43Whr 6 cell battery with Vista.
