    Hey!

I am a student in high school and i have the dire need ( dont ask why lol) to buy a notebook. So after much consistent looking i eventually came upon the NX6125. But one thing really confuses me: The GPU. Maybe its just me (It probably is. Im not very techy)

but Does the NX6125 have an X300 or a Radeon X200m? THe specs says it has the X300 but it also says,at CNET, CHipset type : ATI Radeon Xpress 200M. What is that anyways?

    Thanks

You should complete the FAQ and post there. If you are planning on gaming there are much better GPUs than the 200m. The 200 is in the lower end of notebook graphics cards.

They are basically the same. The 200m is based off of the X300 core. It is usually clocked lower and uses shared memory. There might be slight differences but nothing too substantial. I would say they are the same for most purposes. Many manufaturers interchange between calling that GPU as the 200m(or sometimes as the X200) and the X300.
