    i have just installed xp on my hp dv982 ea and i think i have managed to install most of the right drivers i just have an exclamation mark next to OHCI compliant IEEE 1394 host controller what would be the right driver for this software please

    also i have problems with the quick play buttons . no on screen display for them . volume works mute works but thats it .

    any help please

    You need to install the Ricoh memory card reader drivers. The firewire drivers are coupled with it.

    Read this sticky if you need the drivers.
