Hello everyone. I have an HP dv6345us notebook with an integrated 1.3 mp webcam. Everytime i try to use it, a blue screen comes up then i'd have to shut down the computer and reboot it up again. Also, sometimes the programs (i usually use Windows Live messenger) don't even recognize that i have a webcam. I contacted HP about it, and they told me to download like an update file, which didn't help.

    Help? :(

PS: Sorry if this is in the wrong section - please feel free to move!
