Ever since I've emailed a support question to HP, I've received my answers to my questions... And the answers to other people's questions??? Because supposedly my 3 names are Minh, John, and Bruce (I'm a secret agent maybe?) and own 2 HP notebooks and a desktop, and have problems with all 3. (Well actually, I do have 2 HP notebooks and 1 HP desktop. Weird. But not the models they had listed in the emails).
