Official dv8t coupon prayer/support thread

Well, I think that myself and many others are in the same large ship that is waiting for cyber Monday and praying for a 40%, $500, or some other large coupon applicable to the dv8t.

I decided to pass on grabbing a Asus g51j and the HP dv7t in favor of holding out for the higher resolution and cheaper price "hopefully" of the dv8t.

Anyways, I figured that maybe starting a thread would make the karma turn our way.

I'm on the same ship but we just steamed past Black Friday island without stopping and we're almost out of fuel. I had actually ordered an HDX18 but had to return it because the screen was scratched. I bought an Asus netbook in the meantime but its SO SLOW! Its like going back to an XT.

I pray to portobello mushrooms and am hoping for a 40% coupon for the dv8t. if they release one, im getting another decked out machine like the dv7t i got last year (in my sig.) it came out to $2,279 and after the coupon, i paid about $1,585 for it.

 

I saw this last night but the coupon said expired so I tried again this morning and it worked - couldn't be bothered to stay up past midnight. Happy Cyber Monday everyone!
