Man I didn't think HP could get any worse than what I have been through but as I just got my computer (dv2700) from the support again I noticed something odd... When they switched the Motherboard they downgraded my 8400GS from a 128MB to a 64MB... They aren't allowed to do that right? Cause right now I'm dumbstruck as to how godawful they have treated me. I really don't want to send in my computer again for fear of them stealing my RAM or sth... I bet if I was in the states none of this would be happening. SIGH
Anyway, I'm here to ask if there is any way to upgrade the Graphic card "manually" I'm pretty sure I can't since it's probably stuck to the motherboard but I just want to be 100% sure.

Yes theres no way to upgrade the graphics card. What program did you use to check it?
Difference between the two are small. I know the 64mb version is DDR3 which has faster clocks and cooler. Video memory isnt really a big deal.
Theres also turbocache which uses up your RAM if you run out of dedicated memory.
I wouldn't bother sending it in and waiting.. -
I used GPUZ hmm... DDR3 you say.. have to check that again.
EDIT: Yup GDDR3 64 MB. So that, is cooler they say? sweet... I guess I should change it to support upgraded me then
Thanks for you input flipfire, you really do rock.
Oh god how Support has screwed me over...
