Has anyone been able to use omeaga drivers on their ZV6000 series laptop? Please post your experience!
~HP Pavilion ZV6000 series~
-AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz
-512MB RAM
-128MB ATI Mobility radeon X200m
-80GB 5400RPM HDD
-15.4" Widescreen w/ Brightview
-DVD±RW W/DL support
-XP Pro
-2X 12-Cell Batteries

I installed them this morning and my computer kept rebooting and the only way I could get it to start was in safe mode. Rolling back the drivers didn't work. Had to reinstall everything. Still working on it now.

I have a NVIDIA card on my desktop, thats how i gave it a little boost too! I believe there is something similar for ATI cards, but i dont know. One thing i am a little worried about is that the card, if overclocked, would generate too much heat. I will look for that tool and post when i find it.

What did you use to overclock?

Yup i was right, there is a tool called ATItools that can be used to change the memory and clock frequency of any ATI card. This is very similar to the way that coolbits works, but the ATI tool has a display window so it can check for artifacts as well as test the performance of the new settings!
