    Pentium 4 1660 MHZ
    256 MB
    30GB
    Windows XP Pro sp2
    Office XP pro
    Netscape 8.0.3.3

    If the price is low, it will be a good candidate for some upgrades like a 5400RPM hard drive and a little more memory. You'll have a nice little machine.
