    My webcam is not working, I want to open up and check the connections, are there any tricks to opening it? :err:

    What leads you believe it's an actual hardware issue and not a driver problem? Or have you already reinstalled the drivers? Keep in mind, opening the computer voids your warranty if you still have one :p

    Many reviews date to may 2010, so it could very well be under 2 year warranty. Check that first before you open it yourself :)
