    Order Declined - US Unlocked Card?

    So I've tried ordering a laptop from the online HP store in the USA(I'm in the UK) using my US Unlocked prepaid debit card. The order went through, then a few hours later was declined. Is this a problem with using the US Unlocked card or that I'm also using mail forwarding(the billing address is the same as my mail forwarding address - I also have a US phone number that forwards to the UK)? Thanks in advance. :confused:

    Hi,
    I am trying to purchase laptop from hp.com but they dont accept foreign country cards. Did they accept your payment using usunlocked card ? should I also take usunlocked card and try ? can you please share your experience ?
