    Order declined; please call (HP Envy 14 Beats with $300 coupon)

    Yeah so I ordered recently a HP Envy 14 beats with the $300 discount coupon. This was my first ever HP purchase, by the way.

    After confirming through the purchase, I got a page that's saying my order has been declined. The same goes through email which I got this 'order declined; please call'. However I checked my order status, there is my order with the $300 off.

    I checked my bank account and my money is on 'pending' - on the amount of the laptop -for the credit card usage. IF HP decided to decline this order, what will happen with this pending money? I read that it's just 'authorization', will they cancel it later?

    I'm gonna call them up tomorrow but I have no idea what to ask. Will I still be able to demand them to honor the price accordingly? Or in the worst case scenario; if they stand firm and rejected my demand, can I cancel my order wholy and get my money back (or in this case, cancel their authorization over my money)

    I don't want to be forced to buy the laptop with un-discounted price OR being offered to buy another similar laptop. That won't happen right?

    Yeah, in your Email did you get an order number that began with an H? If not, they will release the funds back to you in a few days. You should message me directly with your order number and I can directly check to see what is going on.

    Even using paypal. Oh man. :S
