    Ordered a HP ENVY TouchSmart 15t-j000 Quad Edition but HP thinks it's HP ENVY 15-j092nr ?

    So I custom ordered a 15t-j000 quad but when I use HPs device detector it's stating it's a 15-j092nr. Anyone else have this happen? As far as I can tell the specs are correct....

    Huh, the same thing happened to me only I ordered a non-Touchsmart j000 and was shipped a j092nr. I ordered a 1920x1080 screen though and got the 1366x768 instead. It also looks like this one was used with some scuffs around the fingerprint scanner. Considering the screen and Haswell were the only two real things this laptop had going for it in my mind, I'm pretty unhappy about this and am going to be chatting with HP in a few minutes. FWIW I also received my order today, and placed it around the end of July.

    You can find this info by clicking on the HP icon in the taskbar and clicking System Information. You can also look at the device manager to see things like Bluetooth and wifi products.
