    14" Brightview
    Core Duo T2400
    1gb (2x512) memory
    80gb 5400rpm SATA HD
    Intel wifi + Bluetooth
    Intel 950 video w/ webcam
6 cell battery and 2nd 6 cell battery
Dual Layer dvd (no light scribe)
    media remote control
    XP Home

I had a L2000 before and the build quality was decent. It was stolen and this is the new bad-boy to replace it. Basically same computer....with a webcam built in, remote control, bluetooth, and a faster CPU.
I do like the looks of the dv1000t though.
Supposed to be here July 1st. I will strip all the software off it, update all the drivers, and benchmark it for you guys.

Looks great. I've been trying to decide between that model (with similar specs) and the Sager NP5460, but can't make up my mind. Can't wait to read your review!

That's unfortunate that it got stolen. I hope you somehow get it back. Then you'd have 2 laptops, and have the option of selling one.

It sucks it got stolen, but insurance will cover property. Data is not covered which is priceless.

I get a newer, and better laptop...
I had my L2105CL for 6 months (xmas present)...was a nice notebook, im getting basically the same thing...w/ T2400 cpu, DDR2 memory, sata HD, intel wifi and bluetooth (compared to broadcom, and no bluetooth), remote control, web cam, and well I can't complain about the upgrade.
Video games were still possible on my Turion / X200 computer. But when I say games...go back a few years.
Unreal Tournament, Return to Castle Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, Quake 3, Need for Speed Underground maybe.
I think the GMA 950 can only be better then the X200.
