I purchased a quick-ship model due to circumstances where I will be away in a week. So don't ask why I purchased the quick-ship model.

The quick-ship model only comes with the i5-430. Because I am an a** who cares way too much about numbers, I was wondering whether it would be possible, and advisable (purely in terms of whether or not it is dangerous to the laptop) to overclock the CPU.

If possible, what programs could I use to overclock it, and what would be a safe threshold? Remember I'm doing this because I have mild OCD over large numbers, so if anyone tries to tell me that it's pointless with minute performance advantages, it really won't budge me. If it is impossible however, then I will understand.

    Thank you.
