I can overclock my card very safely now but the problem is that the clock speeds are reset to the stock ones whenever I switch to the Intel graphics or turn off/restart my laptop.
I did some reading and found that I should flash the video card's BIOS with the custom clock speeds, so I did more reading to know how that could be done safely. Now I know exactly how everything should be done but the problem is I can't seem to be able to write my BIOS into file. I used GPU-z, Sapphire Trixx, ATITool, ATITrayTools, ATIFlash (using the -s command) and ATIWinFlash, all of which reported errors about not being able to read my video card's BIOS, for example GPU-z listed "Unknown" under BIOS version and when I try "Save to file" it says "BIOS reading not supported on this device". I also tried looking my card's BIOS over at TPU with no success.

I can't think of any solution but for someone give me their BIOS file so I can use it to flash my card :(
    Thanks in advance.. :D

There isn't any application to read it at the moment, therefore no one can give you a BIOS file to flash.
