    Dear NotebookReview!

I just a couple of days ago recieved my HP pavlion DV6-6130 from HP-service after i complained about it getting hot (94-95 C* during load), and they took it in for repair.

I now have gotten the PC back, and after two days of use, the machine still peaks at 92 c*.
I'm thinking about returning it again, but if they just do the same thing as they did the first time (replacing the fan), and it doesent work, what rights do i have?

I mean, if they do a faulty repair twice.. Do i have any rights to complain, or request to get my cash back?
(I live in Norway, if that's important.)
Does HP have any policy on this?

    Thanks guys,
    - Scott.

I don't know about your country, but here in Canada we have a "lemon law". If anything breaks within the original warranty period, you have the legal right to request a refund.

I don't think HP has a rule regarding this.
