This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     POP Not Legible?

    I finally got around to checking the Vista Upgrade status page and apparently my POP has not been approved. They sent me an e-mail January 3 saying they had received it.

    Tech support got back to me pretty quickly. They said my POP was not legible. :mad:

    The PDF copy I sent them was a full page scan. I just printed it out on my crappy inkjet and it is perfectly legible.

    I wanted to remove some stuff from it, so here is a jpg screenshot. I don't know, but I can read that!

    only thing to do here is complain to hp, bestbuy and whoever else is involved in this. a receipt is a receipt, if they needed specific particulars on them, then they shouldve demanded this from retailers not customers.
