    Hi everyone,

I just got my new dv6t Quad today and I am pretty happy with it, although I already got the first issue, which I tried to google but wasnt really successful - I hope someone here can help

Since there is just two partitions:

    Local Disk (C :) 581 GB
Recovery (D :) 14,3 GB - but its all together just one drive I think?

I wanted to split C: up to get a new Partition for my data to be save when something happens to the system - guess everyone understands?! haha...

So I downloaded the program Partition Wizard Home Edition to split C: up.
It show's me more than two partitions though:

    C: local disk
D: recover (see the picture for details!)
    System
    HP tools

I made (C :) to 100 GB and got unallocated Space 480GB. When I click on the Unallocated Space to create a new partition I get a message that says "No free MBR Slots on the disk available". I

Then I read that you can only have four primary which I already had to I changed the HP Tools one to locally but it still gives me the message! Anyone knows my problem and can help?!

Every helpful answer is very much appreciated!!! :)

I solved the problem just changing the local disk into a logical drive, but then when I wanted to apply I had to reboot and Partition Wizard started the computer again doing the changes, buuuut it stucked. Is it possible to change partition C: ?
