    hi all, i had vista home on this laptop and i put ultimate on the machine, i have everything installed via drivers on the HP site, everything works apart from 3 buttons on the remote and the quickplay buttn and dvd button on the machine, the other touch buttons work, and idea's or info will be apreciated

    Which 3 buttons on the remote do not work?

    It sounds like an issue with the HP Quickstart Buttons and HP Remote software. Try uninstalling/reinstalling both of those and see what happens.
