    Hi everyone,

I fairly recently purchased an HP dm4-2033cl from Costco and have been having a number of issues with it. First of all, the keyboard is not working properly. Whenever I type, the keyboard skips certain keys. I don't really know how to explain this, but it is like after I have been typing for a little, the keyboard won't register a few keys, then it will continue normally for about a sentence, and I will encounter the same problem again. This is very frustrating as I have to go back and fix all of the errors. Also, I have been having some problems with the mouse being REALLY jumpy and sometimes just becoming completely unresponsive. Both of these issues are really frustrating. Does anyone else have these issues? :(

Oh wow I'm so glad that I found someone else who is having this issue. I've also been having this problem and it is so annoying!!!! I can't believe that HP would make such a crappy product! I am constantly writing essays and writing on this piece of crap takes twice the time because I have to go back and correct all of the mistakes. Also, because the mouse is so jumpy, it constantly skips to other paragraphs when I am typing and I end up typing sentences in random places. I actually received mine as a gift, so I don't know where it was purchased. I think I'll end up selling it on eBay or Craigslist or something so that I can actually get something decent.
