This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Pavilion dv6568SE and Gigabit Ethernet

    I recently bought a dv6568SE and everywhere (including the specs at HP.com) says that the included network card supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 card).

    But the installed drivers are for a Fast Ethernet card. Anybody knows if the dv6568SE really supports Gigabit speeds? Anybody has a dv6568SE and is using Gigabit Ethernet successfuly with it?
