I bought this about 4 years ago- Although it is slow and heavy- otherwise no problems- Now something is wrong with the DVD player- first I noticed it while bumping a CD, the music was skipping, although when played back from my Ipod it was fine. The other day I went to watch a DVD first time, it did the same thing along with the picture slightly skipping. I read one thing one line about changing the IDE ATA controller settings for maximizing DMA. I hope this is not major, never used it much. Thanks, 09mich
