Hi, i purchased this: http://www8.hp.com/it/it/products/laptops/product-detail.html?oid=10127007#!tab=specs

I know that i can add 8 GB DDR3L to have 16 GB in total but i see that the 6200 processor supports also DDR4 so i need to know if i can replace the original 8GB DDR3L with 8GB DDR4, w/o problems.

NO I dont think so check with crucial, their info is usually right. BTW there is probably an extra memory socket too I too just bought one waiting to see if I can add 4gb to the 4 it comes with and switch out the hd for a hybrid 8gb/500gb I have
