The following problems are driving me nuts. Even as minor as they are.
1. Norton 360 will not delete the browsing history when scans and file clean ups are done. Norton tried to fix this about 8 times. It is now up to a level 3 supervisor and they can't figure it out. Norton has always worked fine in my toshiba laptop. I don't think its a Norton problem.
2. Everytime I load a game from the cd drive all the desktop icons move from the right of the screen to the middle after I have quit the game. I tried all the usual desktop setting nothing helps. The strange thing is I tried the same thing under a different user. The the Icons are in the same place as they were placed after I have quit the game and have not moved. This also does not happen on my Toshiba.
3. On all the games I have loaded the quick save and quick load option in the games menu is grayed out and says umappable. Or on some games it just does not work. This also does not happen on the Toshiba.
HP support is useless. Please can anyone help me with these issues. This computer is less then a month old. I guess I should have purchased another Toshiba.
