I was wondering if anyone has links to pictures of these models opened up? I'd like to see the video card placment and heat sink/air flow. I've found cpu pics but nothing on the video card.

well I took mine a part some last night and found the video card under the keyboard, I never checked that side. I thought it would be somewhere the fans might have a little flow over it. So I don't see a heatsink or cooling at all, I geuss this is why the gpu is underclocked? If I put artic silver or anything on it would that increase its cooling?

It wouldn't really help without there being a heatsink or something ontop of it, the way artic silver and the like works, is it fills in the air gaps between the part and the heatsink to get the best transfer, so all you would be doing is putting on the artic silver between the gpu and the air so it wouldn't help unless you were also planning on adding a small heat sink or water block.

do you think with the limited air flow a heat sink would help out in that area?
