This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I bought new laptop with Vista Premium and I'm having problems connecting it to TV via s-videocable. I had an old computer with XP with same setup and it worked fine.

    In graphics settings there is a option where you can force image to TV but it doesn't help. TV is and old Sony with scart connection with a plug where you can put s-videocable. TV is in the right channel so that isn't the problem.

    Do you have any suggestions?
