Hey guys, Recently I have noticed a small piece of dirt or i dunno what it is behind the glass of my screen. I got my envy not too long ago (about august). I dont want an exchange or anything I just want to get rid of it. Does anyone know if hp designates service centers for this? Has anyone else experienced this?

As far as I know, HP doesn't have any service centers around the place for you to walk into. You'll have to send it in to get it tinkered with. That said, you technically could do it yourself. The ENVY 14 (assuming you're talking about the 14) glass screens can be popped off with only a bit of prying, no unscrewing required
