This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I know I can configure and buy at the HP site, but they charge taxes.
    Are there any other reputable dealers that sell this model?

    Do a search on pricegrabber.com or similar site; enter the specific model number for better results (like EY688AB, RB554UT, etc - get these from the "pre-configured models" section on the HP site.)
