Hi guys and thanks in advance for the help because I know you guys rock at this!

    Here are my problems:
    Hard Drive Space (only 24gb)
Laptop keeps logging off and then restarting)

So I restored my gf's laptop (HP DV6000) because it was getting to a point of being worse than a turtle. I used my Restore DVD from my laptop (Vista Home Basic) on hers (Vista Home Premium) and the process looks ok (I didn't remember about her being Premium before I did this). So it took forever to complete but when it was complete, it looks fine until I check My Computer. Her C drive has only 24gb of space (I remember it has at least 120gb). Then it starts logging off and restarting with no reasons. Can anyone help please??

see if you can resize the partition back to it's original size.

    try the easy way first....
1: right click my computer & click manage
    2: click disk management
3: you should see your drive's partition setup here. "see" if it will let you extend volume. do not do anything. your just looking for the time being.

now vista can be funny here.... see if it will allow you to extend to the max size. and if so, then do so.
