    Hey guys
    How are you doing

    SO ......
    I'am looking from long time to upgrade my HP display to FHD
    I was surfing the internet looking for information
    so what I have found is I can to the upgrading
    and with display model b156hw01 V.7 but sadly this model is old and i cant find it in suppliers throw the internet
    i don't want to buy it from ebay o amazone because there is alot of bad experiences from other people who have tried to get it from these to sites

    My question is
    where to get this screen from ?
    and is there any available and with same quality alternative that you suggest ?

    First go to HP site, same place where drivers are and choose instead manuals tab. Download service and maintenance guide PDF.

    In that PDF you'll see how to open the laptop to change parts.
    In that PDF you'll find part numbers for FHD panel and FHD LCD Cable if they are available.

    You could always try HP parts store or local brick and mortar computer shop.

    what I want is to get a panel that is brighter and have better quality than Hp one cause the HP has typical
    brightness: 220 nits and i need at least 250 nits !!!!!

    So i don't want to go throw Hp store

    So any suggestions

    If your current display is 1366x768 you'll still need upgraded LCD cable, otherwise your display will be totally messed up with new panel.
