    I'm from Viet Nam.Yesterday I bought a HP DV6226US.The seller said that it's a brandnew notebook.But when I checked the serial No,
    the serial No on the label is :2CP614P15
    the serial No on BIOS is :Serial Number CNF7031FOK
    Product Number RP297UA
    So I have a question,does this notebook brantnew or ref

    Well, It does not appear to be a factory refurb according to the Product Number (as it would have an " R" at the end, ie. RP297UA R).

    But I guess anybody can "refurbish" a notebook and resell it. What documentation came with the unit? If the seller is reputable, then it should really be new as claimed. If not, return it and shop elsewhere.
