    Hi there,

Right off the bat, i'll list the specs

    DV7-6160ca
    A8-3500m (with integrated)
    6750m
    8gb mem
    1920x1080 monitor
    1 X adata S510
    1 X seagate momentus xt

I'm experiencing some significant lag with most games that I play. I am currently using camolil's bios along with a Intel advanced N 6200 wireless.

I overclock the CPU when playing CPU intensive games to 2300 (3000 turbo) but everything seems to lag.

I have literally tried all resolutions, 12.1 --> 12.4 drivers and all modes. I still get lag!

    The worst offenders are...

    Battlefield 3
    Shogun 2

Has anyone had similar issues with these games? What does everyone play BF3 at?

Are u on CF? If yes, do you have CAPS installed? Try using only dGPU. 12.4 pretty sucky imo.. stick to 12.3 or 12.2.

Make sure you go to Switchable Graphics make make sure the games are set to "High Performance" . If they are left on unassigned or power saver, you will only get about 1/2 the fps. Also:

    - Disable dual graphics
    - Lower your turbo overclock, chances are you are causing it to overheat and severely throttle the cpu performance.Set it to around 2.6ghz @ 1.1625v
