I heard that the new ATI cards are getting die shrinks down to 55nm so is it possible for Hp to use this card in there notebooks, because these cards use less heat and power and would fit into the 8600GS spot? Many people wish to buy HP but cannot because the Graphics are low end( with me incl)!

Yes as gpus get smaller and run cooler, manufacturers will be able to cram them in smaller and smaller notebooks.

I doubt that you will see anything new in the models HP currently has. If anything, HP is probably creating a newer line of laptops and will implement the newer and better graphics cards in them. I wouldn't expect that they will put anything better in the current model laptops they have out.
