I watch TV on my dv6000t Vista Ultimate (Windows Media Center) quite often. However, I am considering a switch back to Windows XP Pro. Is there a way to watch TV using Windows XP Pro?

Darn... I hate quick play. I guess I have no option but to rely on 3rd party programs or keeping vista ultimate. :( I'm not so sure if quick play for xp includes the TV functionality. Last time I checked, quick play for XP was v.2xxxx. Is there an update out for quick play for XP? I've read somewhere that v.3xxxx is only for Vista.

I think it does because it is the same. While I was installing Vista Business to my computer, I found 2 Quick play folders in the setup folder. I think I did not had that version of quick play, while I had Windows MCE. But I installed both when I upgraded to Vista.

Just found out that the HP Digital Tuner is not compatible with Windows XP Pro... Guess I have no choice but to stick with Vista...
