I just installed powerstrip on my zv6005us and after scanning it shows my ATI radeon X200m clock speed at 567Mhz. Can anyone tell me how that could be? I just reinstalled all software and have not overclocked anything?

You must have OC'd it somhow, possibly even through powerstrip. 567Mhz is way to high anyway. ATI says the default clock should be at 350Mhz, but then HP underclocked it to 300Mhz or so. I think that is a dangerous speed, and you should try using ATI tool to find the exact voltage (to see if it is just a glitch in powerstrip).
