    Presario CQ60-420US lid switch where??

    I need to locate the lid switch on this model and it doesn't have the common small rod poking out for the lid to contact it when you close the lid. Does anyone know where it is on this model? It is only allowing the screen to brighten when you close and reopen the lid to about 30 degrees and then it goes back dim in a second or two. Is it like a proximity switch? I'll probably just bypass it. No need to make a mountain out of a mole hill on this. I just want to know how to get to the lid switch.
