This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I have just purchased a beautiful laptop - but with one totally frustrating aspect - the keyboard is so "sticky" that it is causing a real problem for me. HP support say to use it more frequently and it will "soften". Any thoughts. I still have a week to return it to the store. :(
