    Print Screen button malfunction_DV9000

    Hello,

    My DV9000 print screen button isn't working, and I was hoping someone could assist. So far, I have tried holding down:

    FUNCTION + HOME(PRT SC)
    CTRL + HOME(PRT SC)
    CTRL + ALT + HOME(PRT SC)...

    *NB: 'Home' and 'Print Screen' functions are on the same button.

    Nothing i have tried activates the 'print screen' function. Only the 'home' function works.

    It is frustrating as I know the FUNCTION button is working, because I tested the FUNCTION + www key, which opens up Internet Explorer.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried pasting something into Paint after you press the key combo? You should get a picture of your screen when you do that.
