    Hello every body....

    I have a problem with my fingerprint AES2501 (I have an HP DV6500) and windows 7.

    All is installed fine and work, but when I want to configure my fingers, I can't wipe it. Have you some ideas ???

    Ok, when you say you installed it, did you use the Vista drivers, or the drivers that Windows 7 installed??

    Now it work.... I have installed the last driver version and I use digitalperona of Hp and I have uninstalled truesuite 2.0 of windows 7
