    i have an dv4-1143go .it's running x64 Vista Home premium . i did install Quick touch newest version that i can search in HP home page for my model.But i still don't get any visual although i can see HKBDAPP.exe in process tab. How can i solve this problem to get volume visual display? is there anyone can help me ? Before installing Quick Touch, my laptop still had clicking sound
