I have an Xbox 360, and my DV2000t has Windows XP Home. With Windows Media Player 11, you can stream WMV videos from the DV2000t to the 360. I enabled this on my DV2000t.

However, whenever I use the Xbox media remote (not the controller) or my Logitech Harmony 720 remote to turn the Xbox on, it also turns my DV2000t on. Sometimes I don't want the DV2000t on. Is there a way to fix this?

I've got the same issue and it's making me crazy. I contacted HP and they told me there was nothing I could do to turn it off. After that I decided to cover the port on the front with some tape.. guess what? Still happens. Did I miss some other port?

If anyone can help me identify the driver I'd love it. Thanks!

there's no way it would work if you covered up the right port

Covering it up physically will definately work. Electric tape works well
