I have a HP HDX 16 and I had this constant problem of laptop just shutting down on its own. My HDX 16 had 512 MB graphics card. So I decided to change the motherboard and bought a brand new motherboard with GT 130 M 1 GB graphics card off Ebay. I installed the motherboard and wrapped up the laptop but when I turned the laptop on and checked the display settings, it showed me the following weird information.

    Chip type : NVIDIA
    DAC type : 8 bit
    Adapter string : VGA
    Bios information : Chip rev
Total available graphics memory : 14 MB
    Dedicated Video Memory : n/a
    System Video Memory : n/a
    Shared System Memory : n/a

What is the issue here? Can you please help me solve this problem? I was using Riva Tuner with Dox 182.05. Can I overclock the GT 130 M in the same way?

    Thanks.
