A few hours ago I took my HP Pavilion tx 1000 to campus computer services because it was not connecting to the campus wireless network. They fixed that problem, but in the process, shut down a bunch of programs and applications that used to run at start-up. Now, the scroll bar does not work and I can't figure out what program he shut down that controlled it.

If anyone knows how I can get it to work again, please let me know. I use it all the time and the last few hours have been incredibly frustrating because I can't work as fast as I usually do.

    Thank you in advance!

Do a system restore to an earlier date first

Scroll bar is controlled by your mouse drivers usually Synaptics or ALPS. Reinstall these drivers
