    hi,
    i just got my dv1000t a week ago with only 256mb of ram and I got a Corsair 1GB DDR2 PC2 4200 from zipzoomfly. The laptop recognizes the ram and verything seems to be fine until I notice a strange noise (more like one beep) from the computer. It doesn't come from the speaker and I don't know what to do. Is it because of the ram? what is the great deal on ram that capable with my dv1000t?
