I have an Hp dv6580 laptop
after installing vista for the first time, i tried to burn recovery dvds for the vista pre-installed in my laptop but it always fail during burning the second dvd.
I decided not to try again and i depended on the availablity of my recovery partition.
when my windows crashed, I tried to use the recovery partition during the booting of my computer. It was useless
I installed windows vista again using a DVD from a friend and I activated the windows with microsoft and installed the drivers after I have downloaded from Hp website.
Now, I have the recovery partition but as I said before , it is not working
so how can I get bootable recovery discs using the recovery partition so that I can install the pre-installed version of windows vista that came with HP.
is it possible to do that?
somebody might ask why i would do that. because it seems that there are driver conflicts and the windows always restart after giving me a blue screen that i can not read as it appears and disappears quickly and the windows is forced to reboot.
I appreciate your help

If you call HP, they'll ship you free discs if you tell them what's happening. It happens relatively frequently.
