    Problems Ordering at www.hpshopping.com

    I've been trying to order my customized zx5000 during the last 5 days with no luck.
    In the customize page I select all the components I want, add the notebook to the cart, press "review", Credit Card... and that's it. It get's stuck and doesn't load the following "shipping" page.
    I tried sending an email to the support team, with no replies.

    Does anybody checking this forum has experienced this problem during the last days? Can anybody be so kind to check if you can load the shipping page? Maybe it's because of the region I live... I don't know.

    The only thing I know is that I'm running out of time (travel schedule) and getting impatient...

    I had trouble on two different orders. Both times I just ordered over the phone. I never could order online. I just had the customize page up and made sure I got what I wanted.

    Why not order through their phone number? I don't think I'd continue trying especially since you've tried 5 times and its still not working.

    same thing for me I had it up on the computer and read them what I wanted on the phone. Any deals online you can still get on the phone.

    Just to confirm,I have had the same problem for the past few days and so I called them up.They really didn't have any good explanation for that though.Just call them up and place an order.

    Hi Patox,

    Yes, they were having some problems with their online system. If you call the order service center at 1-888-999-4747 (HPHP), you can give them the specs you're looking at in your cart and they'll config it for you in their system, so specs and price match up. I have had good experiences with their service people on the phone, and unlike some other companies, some of their people act like real people on the phone (with a sense of humor and everything :)
    So, if you're running out of time, jump on the phone and give them a call - during the busiest times of the day, they still manage to keep the hold times down to less than 6 or 8 minutes.
