This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Problems with 2gb SD card

    I just got a 2GB sd card and for some reason i am having a problem reading it. The sd card work on my desktop and pda but for some reason i cannot get it to work on my laptop. Orginally it was only reading 1gb but now it ust freezes up when ever i try to access it.

    See if HP has newer card reader drivers?

    (This problem has come up before. I can't remember if new drivers fixed it or not but it's all I can think of at the moment.)

    I tried downloading the newest drivers but the device was not recognized anywhere. Any other ideas?
