I am having problems with my DM4 with Intel HD graphics displaying the recommended resolution (1280x720) on my 3 year old LG HDTV via hdmi. When I output at that resolution, the picture does not fit perfectly no matter what settings are changed in the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel. Windows recommends 1024x768 resolution. When using the same tv with old Dv5 with a Ati hd3200 windows recommended 1280x720 and the screen fit perfectly. Any suggestions?

I am not sure about dm4 but my toshiba laptop conected to hdtv if i chose display tv only ie notebook display is dark now i have more resolution to choose and i can try best one. pl. check with tv picture setting it should be on native resolution ie tv will not do scalling at all eg 4:3 or 16:9 etc.
    hope this helps ;) you
