Hey guys I got my 3rd Gen Envy 15 yesterday and I installed and tried to play LOTRO on it. Now I am getting some extremely choppy gameplay. It's choppy no matter if it is in low settings or maxed out settings. My old laptop plays the game just fine on very high settings at 1080p. Now I don't think this laptop would do any worse than my 2nd Gen Envy 15. I am thinking maybe my 7690 is not fully being utilized. When I check the switchable graphics section of the CCC no programs show up so I can not set any settings for the switchable graphics. Is there a way to switch the settings to always discrete? Anyone have any idea what may be wrong? Also if you look at my GPUz my memory clock shows max 216mhz.

    Here's a screenshot of GPUz:

Also here's a pic of my catalyst control center. As you can see no programs show up for Recent Applications and even if I browse for an application nothing shows up.

I retitled your thread to attract the proper audience and resized your pics.

What CPU is in your 3rd gen?

It seems you've done a fresh install according to your other thread. Likely, you'll get the proper assistance there.
